You can't miss it. Watch out for this arch announcing the location.
You love chocolates? So do we!
If you are in Kuala Lumpur, you should check this place out. It's actually a private company's effort to promote its chocolate making activity, and its products - chocolates, of course.
Located at Jalan Utara off Jalan Imbi (it is also approachable via Bukit Bintang), the Beryl Chocolate Kingdom is more of less a large showroom for this Malaysian chocolate maker.

Some old choc making equipment as well as new stuff.
You will see things related to chocolate - from the cocoa sapling to various chocolate making procedures and finally various chocolates at the end of the production line.
The Beryl Chocolate Kingdom is housed within a double-storey old bungalow that has been converted into a huge showroom.
Posters of the history of chocolate and chocolate making equipment greet you as you enter the showroom. If they are not too busy, the staff will brief you about the various processes involved in chocolate making. Otherwise, I suppose you can approach them and ask for a briefing.
After you have been acquainted with the chocolate-making methods, it is on to the various chocolates that the company produces - from coffee flavoured ones to durian chocolate, a real innovation if you ask me, although we wonder if it is safe for you to bring into hotel rooms. Anyway, if you don't open your mouth or munch them at the hotel lobby, and get a whiff out, no one will know, right?

Various types of chocolate available. So are real cocoa trees and some history stuff!
You will be spoilt for choice as you will find various chocolates to suit your taste and budget.
The place also sells souvenirs related to the brand name and if you are a die-hard loyal customer, you might want to check them out, too If you have never seen a cocoa sapling in your life, you might want to check them out just outside the building. They are planted in pots.
